We have our own company terms conditions and they are very fair and very simple to understand with general English. The terms & conditions are being set out according to the general national carriage , transport services laws extracting most important bylaws of private hire systems. The set out herein shall apply between the company and the customer whose name and details which is on the account application form and shall apply accordingly.

This will apply for the customer during its entire booking with the transport agreement.

And all other terms warranties and/or conditions implied by statute and/or common law and hereby expressly excluded to the fullest extent permitted by the law.

Choosing your transport or bookings

When choosing your transport or booking, when choosing a vehicle the passenger has their own duty to choose their desired vehicle and the company does not responsible for this agenda and only the company can advice how to choose according to the terms.

This will followed upon the discussion with the transport company you must come to a final decision before you choose the vehicle. After you choose the vehicle if you needed to change the vehicle you have a choice but the price of the vehicle subject to its pricing value and this may be vary.

All phone bookings

Mostly the phone booking orders are taking with a great care and the details will be monitor for maintain accuracy, these conversations will be recorded for security, training, verification and legal purposes. The company cannot be held responsible for inaccuracy information provided by the customer or any other parties.

Booking confirmations

The company will contact the customer immediately after the bookings have been made by the customer through their contact phone number or via provided email address with all details and the confirmation of about the bookings. We strongly advice to the customer that the payment the charges via direct debit or through a credit card is safe and we maintain the security and the customer privacy. Also we can confirm there are some easy

Methods can be use to be paid your charges and they are as follows.

  1. 1 . Can be paid the cash direct to the driver followed by a credit or debit card prior to confirm of the secure payments. We do not take amex cards.
  2. 2 . Pay directly by a credit or debit card via on line or with a phone call to the company.
  3. 3 . All bookings made by credit cards or by debit card is subjected to an additional of Payment of shurcharge.any exceeding will be followed by a 3% of an additional charge.

Additional drop offs or pickups The company drivers are ready to pick up additional passengers with the permission of the company controllers department but the driver has to get the correct indications how many no: passengers are there to travel and any exceeding passengers has to be accommodate in an another vehicle but this may subject to be charge additionally .also the company is happy to drop off or pick up any passengers From different agreed premises but these journeys are also subject to be chargeable.

The other charges

This can be verify with the controllers if there is a situation arise upon.

Flight delays

The company do not charge for this if there is a flight delay and if it not your fault but the driver can only be wait one hour prior to delays and after this the company has the rights to charge. Therefore the company allows the first one hour free of charge and after that the first ten minutes will be chargeable as £ 2.50.

No show

The company has a different policy on no show customers. If in case a customer missed their flight he/she must inform us immediately. So the controllers can inform the driver immediately and the driver can organised his other duties immediately without entering and paying the parking charger and to save the time. If not customer will be going to pay the whole cost because of their failure. If the journey was pre paid it will be refunded after deducting the cost. However if the passenger wishes to a later flight after informing us we v can provide the service at no extra cost. If there is no show then the customer will be charge with the full cost of their paid amount as a result of this.

Liabilities

The company do not take any liability on any kind of traffic delays due to road closures and other factors beyond our controlled.
